I have requested for Ms. Spojmie's help in Jan 2015 for the Immigration process of my son-in-law from Canada to US. Ms Spojmie listened to our concerns, questions and addressed them very diligently. She frequently called my daughter in Canada , even on late night / weekends, and spent time and energy with her to explain the complete procedure and approximate time line in her special circumstances. We are glad that we decided for her help and are very satisfied with her support so far.

I think the best way to review Ms Spojmie, is to break down so it is not long winded
Initial Meeting: If you are looking for a lawyer who will sweet talk you and hold your hands and tell you stories, then this is not the lawyer for you. But if you are looking for someone who will tell you as it is, then she is definitely your choice She is very professional, and matter of fact. Our case was a very very complex one. THe initial meeting she laid out our options on the table and let us decide which route to take
Communication: there was never a time that I called that she did not return my call within the hour. Even on Sundays, she was still able to answer my questions by email or phone. Always polite and kind, even when my questions were stupid
The Process: We had absolutely no clue how to go about it, due to the complexity of our case. She handled all the paper work and boy is she particular about dotting her i's and crossing her t's. She made sure everything information was accurate She left no stone unturned.
going out of her way: Twice we had to meet her but the time she scheduled did not work with us. One of the times, she was really sick but she got in the car and came over to her office on a Friday evening after closing hours to meet with us. A week before our interview, she stayed after closing hours to prep us for the interview. It was a wonderful feeling to deal with someone who knew what they were doing.
Interview Day: She was there on time, she tried to calm us, we joked and laughed. During the interview, she made sure she read the documents before we signed anything. Despite the complexity, our case was approved.
Key Thing: Just be honest up front and lay the cards on the table so she better serve you. Because she really is an awesome counsel !

Mrs. Nasiri had a complicated task in dealing with my case, to say the least. Sometimes when speaking to a lawyer you don't exactly get the answers to all of your questions, instead you get a vague maybe. Mrs. Nasiri assured my father and I that obtaining U.S. Citizenship would be achievable only if the passion to follow through exists. The process of obtaining U.S. Citizenship has, so far, been a fruitful experience in which Mrs. Nasiri provided us with the assurance that everything worth while comes with patience. She has done an outstanding job on my case and I highly recommend her, very trustworthy!

I contacted Mrs. Nasiri after calling a few other lawyers to get adjustment for my finance's status to stay in US. I was told by other lawyers that they could not help us with our request. But Mrs. Nasiri took our case, and she was able to get a permanent residency adjustment for my finance in less than 5 months! She is very honest, organized, and responsive. She is very reasonable with her fees, and she clearly communicates her fees up front before taking the case.

found this attorney through avvo. not sure how she handles our case but gave her a shot. needless to say i was on an edge of losing my husband, but she used her skillful thinking and experience to save my husband deportation. she also help us with our status change(married to a citizen). now my family is complete with my new born son and my beloved husband in 6 months. he cried when he saw his green card in the mail cannot believe how much time and money he wasted and could not compete how good this attorney was. his words were it was worth it for all those time and money wasted so he can get this terrific attorney. we had our asylum case cancelled, status changed, and received the green card within 6 months. it took my husband about 3 years and can not settle with anything except a deportation notice. time is money, and this attorney doesnt waste time, hence she in fact saved our money. she is very reachable. if i had any question, i simply send her a text and she replies me back the same day after her busy schedule. she literally called us everytime when uscis sends any correspondence. very responsible. very understanding and patient. a super work ethics. her service and expertise worth more than what we paid for. you are wasting time if you are not calling this attorney to review your case, my dad took 10 years with another attorney, my husband took 6 months with attorney spojmie.you will find her service and knowledge exceptionally super.

One week before my interview with USCIS, my husband hired Spojmie Nasiri, an excellent immigration service lawyer. Mrs. Nasiri took over our case, and with her profound knowledge of immigration law and service, she prepared us very well for the interview in a timely fashion. The case itself was not easy, and my husband I were ready for the worst. Mrs. Nasiri was extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our question. Mrs. Nasiri is very intelligent; you should be honest with her at all times, and she will only advice to on what is best for you. After the interview, that evening, I got a message from USCIS that my case was approved and within two weeks, I received my green card.

When I first spoke to Spojmie over the phone regarding my wife's immigration case, I could sense from her manner of speaking that she was very knowledgeable, professional, and confident. My wife had her second interview at USCIS, and we had no idea what it meant and how to prepare for the interview. Spojmie took our case and prepared us very well. Throughout the process, she maintained and carried herself very professionally. She was very clear that if my marriage to my wife was a fraud that she would not take our case. Once she confirmed and made sure that my marriage to my wife was legitimate, she did all she could, within her knowledge of migration law, to prepare us for the interview. On the day of the interview, Spojmie showed up at least 30 minutes before my wife and I. By the grace of God, and Spojmie's knowledge, professionalism, and confidence, my wife received her green card with two weeks after the interview. Thank you Spojmie

Having Spojmie by my side in deportation proceeding was an excellent decision I made during the proceeding. When I was in deportation , I did not have any clue. I met two different lawyer at the same time when I had consultation with her. She seemed the most confident from the other two and explained the whole procedure in detail than the other lawyers. I did not have to think much in choosing her as my lawyer. She was and is very responsive on keeping you updated regarding your case. She always make sure that you understand the things happening in your case. I am not in deportation anymore due to her hard work. She always made sure that she provided me with accurate information . I would definitely recommend her to anyone and would like to thank her for all her hard work.
