I grew up in a Detroit suburb before vacationing for a few years with the U. S. Army where I achieved the rank of Sergeant, E-5. My last duty station was Fort Ord, California which allowed me to fall in love with California and stay as a resident. I pursued a Law Degree while working full time in a Research and Development setting and retiring after 32 years of service.
My non-legal interests involve travelling (including three european trips in four years) and spending as much time as possible with my two grandchildren, two daughters, one significant other special lady.
I always have enjoyed the satisfaction of assisting people who are not fully aware of their legal rights. Experiencing family lawsuits encouraged me to pursue a legal education and become an attorney while continuing full time employment as a Facility Operations and Environmental Manager.
I specialize in Criminal and DUI Law, and serving as an Arbitrator allowed me to render monetary decisions after evaluating and deciding various issues in a lawsuit. I defend and resolve various types of criminal cases including DUI, theft, domestic violence, battery, drugs, weapon possession, resisting arrest, false I.D., hit and run, etc.
Clients appreciate the service I provide and I would like to provide legal services that you will appreciate as well!
