The contact phone number posted on his website was wrong 1 year ago, I brought it to his attention, & it is still wrong. I should have stopped there. When I did find a good phone number for him, I got a pool receptionist who screens calls for many attorneys. I could never reach him directly: the best he would do is call me back in response to an email. Even after payment of a retainer, he did not provide a cell phone number where clients could reach him directly. I later learned this is especially important in admin law where things change quickly. Worst of all, I gave him, at his request, a list of dates when I would not be available to attend a hearing [only 1 day every other month], yet he allowed the other side to calendar that very date without objection. So I went elsewhere.

The receptionist did not even listen to what i had to say, instead she just announced the attorney is not in. We agreed to setup an appointment, and I requested her to send me an email regarding that since I was driving. She was rude and said that she works for many people there and wont do it for me - if there was anything else she could do before she hangs up the phone....
