I had few concerns about how my parents should maintain their status in USA as permanent residents. Hasan was able to answer most of them very quickly and later he emailed me the questions that he could not answer. I found him a very nice, friendly and an honest lawyer who tries his best to find the right answer. I will certainly go back to him for my future need.
I was impacted by RIF on an L1 and prepared myself to pack my bags and leave the country. I decided to meet Hasan on a whim and what an apt decision it turned out to be.
Hasan guided us on the options we had at hand. Even when multiple lawyers on an immigration chat board didn't see merit in my case, Hasan persisted and provided key inputs that made my case feasible. His awareness of immigration law and readiness to help with sharing legal details even though he was not filing my petition are the primary reason my petition got filed.
I THANK Hasan profusely. My family and I will always remember him and will never forget that today happened only because of his guidance.
Throughout quite a few years, Hasan's services have proven invaluable to me. He has helped me obtain multiple extensions to my work visa, as well as obtain a green card when I finally decided to seek an immigrant status. He has always provided me with a proper advice specific to my case, and has made the application process seem effortless rather than challenging. Thank you, Hasan!

Well, this has been my 3rd H1B that Mr. Hasan Abdullah took care off. I have been his client for past some years. I have to say that Hasan is extremely knowledgeable, very skilled and super friendly attorney. If you are looking for an immigration attorney, I think Hasan is one of the best in the town. He has helped me in my complicated cases as-well. Hasan is available and flexible when needed; he throws no tantrums whatsoever, which are common in many attorneys. He gives ample time, and sometimes didnt charge me extra bucks even when I kept asking him string of questions related to my case. This isnt common with most of the attorneys. Great client service. USA VISA LAW firm, which Hasan has started has my good wishes.
About Suneetha Mupparthi: Well, Ms Suneetha has been the paralegal assistant, who assisted in my H1B. She is very polite, professional, skilled and extremely quick to handle all type of cases (simple or complicated). Suneetha was always on the top of my case and paper work, and worked very meticulously with my employer and myself in getting the needed paper work, forms etc, and in filing my H1B , since I had a close deadline. She was extremely responsive, very patient, even though I kept bothering her with my phone calls and emails. You can surely rely on Suneetha if you are going with immigration/ H1B cases.
Hasan & Suneetha: Thanks again!

I was waiting on J-1 waiver and also wanted to stay in the US long term. Hasan suggested filing an H1B petition to capture a cap number this year, and that once my J-1 home residence waiver got approved, to file an amended petition.
I was initially hesitant, thinking that I should get my waiver first, but he advised me that it was risky since I would only then have one opportunity next year to apply H1B and hope to get selected into a potential lottery.
We went ahead and filed the petition as a consular processing case (it was impossible to change status while my waiver was pending). I got the lottery and the case was approved, and later, when the waiver as approved, he filed the amended H1B which was quickly approved. The process went very smooth, and just as Hasan said it would.
