Shauna recently helped me resolve a case before it began. The opposing party failed to file proper paperwork. Shauna's keen observation used their error to our advantage and helped resolve the case. Shauna kept me informed through the entire process. She would inform me of everything she was doing and what the opposing counsel was doing as well.
