Sheila Warren provides practical, responsible, and efficient
solutions to the dilemmas that face charitable organizations and


Ms. Warren uses her extensive experience as a lawyer and mediator to
assist nonprofit organizations and their leaders with strategic
planning and legal compliance. Whether your organization is an
established grantmaker or is still in the planning stages, Ms. Warren provides the advice your Board and staff need to keep pace with a
legal climate as dynamic as your work itself.


Ms. Warren is extremely active in both the local and national
philanthropic community, serving on the Boards of the San Francisco
Symphonix League, the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health
Association, and the Sister City Thessaloniki-San Francisco Committee.
She also serves on the Minority Scholarships Committee of the Bar
Association of San Francisco (BASF) and is the Chair of the Diversity
Committee of the Barristers Club of BASF.
