Igor Shoiket is a registered patent attorney and a highly experienced
intellectual property litigator with substantial experience in complex
litigation matters in federal district courts nationwide and before the
U.S. International Trade Commission.

Mr. Shoiket focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation,
intellectual property disputes and counseling, patent reexaminations and
reissue proceedings, noninfringement, invalidity and product clearance
opinions, and due diligence investigations.

Mr. Shoiket has litigated patent infringement matters in a wide range of
technologies including computer software and hardware, internet
technologies, optics and electronics, biotechnology, medical devices,
mechanical devices, semiconductor design and fabrication, and consumer
goods. He has extensive experience in developing litigation strategy
and managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial,
including e-discovery, depositions, pre- and post-trial motions, and
claim construction proceedings in patent cases. Ha has significant ADR
experience including lead roles in mediations and arbitrations,
extensive experience in licensing and enforcement negotiations, and a
proven ability to drive legal disputes to timely and cost-efficient

biotechnology professional with nine years of industry experience in
laboratory and management positions.
