About Me

Sara grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is a graduate of Stanford Law School. Throughout college and law school, she competed in mock trial, moot court, and debate team. Now, she prosecutes personal injury cases on behalf of severely injured individuals in cases involving vehicular negligence, premises liability, medical negligence, defective products, and elder abuse.

In her spare time, Sara coaches law school mock trial teams and serves as Co-Director of ABC (Attorneys Bettering the Community), a local nonprofit composed of attorneys who want to volunteer in a hands-on way.

  • Spencer James Pahlke

I have had the pleasure of working with Sara since 2006. In that time, we have worked together on several personal injury and medical malpractice cases. The hallmarks to her approach to the practice of law are constant hard work, dedication to her clients and focus on excellence in advocacy. I view working with Sara and learning from her as a true privilege.

  • Blair Kelly Walsh

While in law school, Sara Peters and I worked together as summer associates and have remained friends over the years. Currently, she serves as opposing counsel on multiple cases with my firm, and despite our adversarial positions in those cases, she has always acted with integrity, class and professionalism. I look forward to working with Ms. Peters in the years to come.
