Felicia Anne Vallera

Felicia Vallera is an experienced and energetic JD/MBA business transactional  attorney and former corporate financial/technology executive.  Felicia works on a flexible freelance basis as contract/interim corporate counsel to major international corporations.  On a part-time volunteer basis, she is also in process of organizing and launching the San Francisco Community Business Law Center, an independent nonprofit legal aid center that will be dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to San Francisco's low-income microbusiness community.
