Thomas C. Chow practices in international business transactions, general corporate law and business litigation.
Mr. Chow’s transactional experience includes counseling clients
regarding international business transactions, corporate formation and
entity selection, contractual agreements, IP licensing, and real estate
leases. He also has experience in general employment law and trademark
prosecution.
His litigation experience includes handling all stages of pre-trial
civil litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as
mediation, arbitration, and bankruptcy court practice. Mr. Chow has
represented clients in matters involving commercial disputes,
intellectual property, securities, white collar crime, and products
liability defense.
Formerly a systems administrator and computer technical support
specialist with various departments at the University of California at
Berkeley, Earthlink Network, Community Health Center Network, Direct
Network Access Internet, Mr. Chow maintains a strong interest in
working with technology based clients.
