Thomas Chia-San Chow

Thomas Chow practices in general corporate law, international business transactions, and commercial litigation.  He is currently Deputy General Counsel at Vindicia, Inc., a SaaS subscription billing start-up.  Prior, he was acting General Counsel at TechSoup Global, an international e-commerce company.

Thomas' transactional experience includes counseling clients regarding international business transactions and partnerships, corporate formation and entity selection, commercial agreements, IP licensing (in-bound and out-bound), and real estate leases. He also has experience in general employment law and trademark prosecution.

His litigation experience includes handling all stages of pre-trial civil litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as mediation, arbitration, and bankruptcy court practice. Thomas has represented clients in matters involving commercial disputes, intellectual property, securities, white collar crime, and products liability defense.

Formerly a systems administrator and computer technical support specialist with various departments at the University of California at Berkeley, Earthlink Network, Community Health Center Network, Direct Network Access (RCN), Thomas maintains a strong passion for technology and innovation.
