Randy has been very helpful in a variety of ways and on numerous occassions. He is strategic in his approach, which usually includes understanding every possible counter arguement. He knows when it is not smart to pursue something and he know when it is. His grasp of the Public Contract Codes and Case Law has been extremely helpful. Randy has proven himself to be very thorough and completely familiar with construction law. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
