Review Judi Mcmanigal

About Me

I have practiced business immigration law since 1998, with concentrated experience in labor certifications and EB-1 petitions for Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers and Multinational Managers.  I have served a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and individuals in the semiconductor, manufacturing, oil, finance, non-profit, online gaming, nursing and IT industries, and have worked extensively developing internal immigration technology and processes for law firms and companies.  I have created training programs on various topics of company compliance.  I have also led numerous seminars for corporate immigration professionals and for multinational companies and their employees across the United States, as well as Continuing Legal Education trainings for attorneys.

I practice in Gibney’s San Francisco office.  I am conversant in Spanish and have traveled to more than 45 countries.

I endorse this lawyer. I worked with Judy in the past and got to know her as a tireless advocate of immigrant rights. She greatly contributes to the community by serving in leading roles of the local chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and numerous pro bono activities. She is an outstanding immigration attorney with an impressive expertise in immigration laws concerning all areas of employment of foreign talent in the U.S.
