Jason Chase Beahm

also known as Jason Beahm

Practice areas:

DUI & DWI, Speeding & Traffic Ticket, Criminal Defense

About Me

Jason Beahm represents clients in all California state and federal criminal
matters, from first time infractions and misdemeanors to violent felony
offenses. He is involved in the defense of drug crimes including medical
marijuana defense and juvenile delinquency law. Beahm also specializes in expunging and sealing past criminal records.

Mr. Beahm received his law degree from The University of Kansas where he was
a justice on the university appeals court. While in law school Beahm worked with
British barrister Joe Stone in London on a number of murder trials and appeals.
Beahm also obtained a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Thomas Sutherland
during his final year of law school.

After passing the California Bar Exam on the first attempt, Mr. Beahm began
practicing law in San Diego at the firm of Borton Petrini.  After successfully
handling a number of cases from start to finish, Mr. Beahm then made the move to
San Francisco to open Beahm Law in the heart of the city.

Mr. Beahm regularly handles infractions, misdemeanors, and felony cases. “To
the client, every case is life and death. They usually have a number of
questions but can't seem to find anyone who will listen to them and give
them clarity. I've found that the best results come when an attorney clicks with
the client and the case is truly a team effort.”

Outside the office, Beahm is an avid writer, exercise enthusiast and lover of
music. Beahm has published over 500 articles for sites like the ABA and Reuters,
recently ran in his first 1/2 marathon and is the drummer of his band.

Jason Beahm is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the
United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  He is
also a member of the following organizations:

  • American Bar Association

  • San Francisco Bar Association

  • San Mateo Bar Association
