I am happy today. My name is Thalia. I am from Mexico. I have been in the US since 1994. I got my green card today. I thank you attorney Bhakhri for excellant job. I always believed attorney Bhakhri. He is good lawyer. He is honest, candid, and is someone who would talk straight. If your case is bad, he would like. If you have a chance to win, he would tell you. He does not take people's money by making false promises. I have heard from my friends about other lawyers, very bad stuff. People lost money, they lost time, they got nothing. I have referred people to attorney bhakhri, everybody is happy. Attorney Bhakhri was always around to talk to me. I walked into his office without appointment many many times, he would talk to me. I am happy today. I love his office staff. Bhakhri means "success." I never thought that I would get my green card. Now I am planning to go to Mexico to see my family after 21 years. Thank you attorney Bhakhri. LOL.
Hi All. Over the last 2 years I worked on a injury court matter with Ashwani and his other attorney, Joe. The matter was for my uncle, who did not speak much English. Ashwani was recommended to me by my insurance agent. I would like to say that they got the job done, but the customer service could be better. Ashwani himself is a very nice attorney who understands my situation and concerns, and Attorney Joe was the one who actually went with us to court. Joe was good, too. Lady answering the phones at the office, who is the secretary, is definitely rude and condescending as mentioned by other reviewers. I would say she is borderline abusive verbally to people. I assume she is a paralegal, but she did incorrectly fill out my uncle's name and address on several forms. I would recommend Ashwani and Joe, but not the office overall. Seems a bit sloppy, rude and not exactly what I had in mind when I was referred to him.

My father was placed in removal proceedings. He was in the United States. He entered on a different name. He was sent to a immigration judge. He did not appear. After staying in the US, he returned to India. After I became US Citizen, I sponsored him. He was going back and forth. He was stopped at the Airport last year. He was sent to the local office of Citizen and Immigration Service. Then they send him to the immigration judge. From day one, we hired Mr. Bhakhri to help us. He guided us through this nightmare. He helped us in a such a way that we did not feel the heat at all. He kept us composed and calm throughout. He listened us. He gave us more time than we could think of. I would say that he is excellent in communicating with his clients. He was recommended to me by several of his existing and present clients. I thank all who referred us to Mr. Bhakhri. He is highly recommendable. He is successful in getting the removal proceedings of my father terminated. I thank Mr. Bhakhri an his staff for helping us and treating us fairly. He is candid and say things on the face, you like it or not. I did not feel comfortable with what he was saying, but now I appreciate his frankness and honesty with his clients. He is one of the best in immigration field.

I was on the verge of being deported from the United States. My asylum case was denied by all the courts. I was running out of time. I had my 80+ years old mother who was fully dependent on me. She was sick. I was lost. I had representation from Sekhon & Sekhon and then I hired Martin Guajardo. They represented me very poorly. I was packing up to go to India, leaving my mother behind at the mercy of God. A friend then told me about Mr. Ashwani Bhakhri. I spoke to him. I liked him. I decided to hire him. He was my last hope. I did not want my mother to suffer. She did not want to go to India. We had no help. What I liked about Mr. Bhakhri is that he talks straight. He made me to tell the truth. My previous attorneys misguided me. I tell people to hire attorneys very carefully. Mr. Bhakhri's hard work paid off. My case is reopened and it is back to theimmigraton judge. I have hope. My mother has hope. About Mr. Bhakhri's work, it is excellent. He is good. I am very happy. MY case was impossible. It was complicated. I had no hope. If I m here to day, It is because of Mr. Bhakhri's excellent work. Thank you sir.

I am very happy with the work my lawyer has done for me. I am sixteen years old. I came from India. At border, I was arrested. I was put in deportation proceedings. My lawyer brought my case to the asylum office. I was interviewed. My case was granted. My lawyer kept me fully informed about the developments of my case. I was prepared well. After preparation, I felt good and prepared for the interview. My attorney is very knowledgeable. He is honest and very forthright. He never gave me false hope. He told me that he believes in hard work and that is all he can do. He told me that the result is not in his hands. He spent between 15-20 hours to prepare me. I feel blessed. I recommend Mr. Bhakhri to one and all. He is a person with heart. My family and friends are happy. Mr. Bhakhri's staff is very helpful. I would like to state that Ms. Venu Bhakhri is exceptionally intelligent. She accompanied me to the asylum office. She is very through. Mr. Bhakhri's staff is very helpful. Thankkkkyouuuuuuuuuuuu.

I am Vishal. I am writing this review for incredible work Mr. Bhakhri and his office lawyers have done for me. I am not reluctant to say that my case was very complicated and one of the most difficult. I have been in the US almost seven years. My case was denied by the immigration judge in San Francisco. I lost all the hope. I had no hope. Because of Mr. Bhakhri's excellent representation, strategy, and hard work, my case is still alive, now back to the immigration judge. I am hopeful that I will soon be out of deportation. Thanks to Mr. Bhakhri and his office staff for excellent work. Mr. Bhakhri is one of the most candid attorneys I have met in my life. He is amazing, very knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing. He does not give false hopes. He tells you on your face if you have a good case or if there is any hope. My wife, daughter and I are extremely greatful to Mr. Bhakhri.

I am Daljinder and I am delighted to right this review for Mr. Bhakhri because he has done a superb job. I retained Mr. Bhakhri in 2008 and applied for asylum. I was represented in removal proceedings by Venu Bhakhri. I must say that she was thoroughly prepared. She knew all the facts. I was fully prepared. The office did a great job. While my asylum application was pending, I got robbed at my work place. Mr. Bhakhri suggested that I pursue U-Visa. I agreed. Now, USCIS approved my U-Visa case. My wife and son's case got approved too. Thank you Mr. Bhakhri and his office for uniting my family. All the attorneys in Mr. Bakhri' office are credible good and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to all.

I am Carlos. I feel very happy to work with the Law Offices of Ashwani Bhakhri in the process of I-601A (Provisional Waiver) application for my wife. I had experience working with my attorneys. I recommend my attorneys to others as they are trustworthy and exceptionally experienced in immigration matters. Before coming to Mr. Bhakhri, I had another lawyer who took three years and did nothing. Mr. Bhakhri's office got me the result just in 6 months. I am now relaxed. My wife is extremely happy. Mr. Bhakhri and Mr. Siguenza are too good in immigration matters. The office staff is great. I found the office atmosphere very homely. I highly recommend Mr. Bhakhri to others.

My wife and I entered the United States in 2000. We applied for asylum in the United States. My application for asylum was denied. Mr. McPherson in Sacramento represented me. Then I retained Mr. Bhakhri to represent me in removal proceedings. My wife and I are fully satisfied with Mr. Bhakhri' representation throughout. He represented us before Immigration Judge, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. My case went to the Board and the9th Circuit Court of Appeals twice. In fact, it is still pending with the 9th Circuit. In the Interim, Mr. Bhakhri applied for U-Visa. USCIS took 2.5 years to adjudicate my application. Mr. Bhakhri' hardwork paid off. He is very good attorney. He knows lot about the immigration laws. He is very practical. He is always candid and honest. When I first retained him in 2002 or so, he told me frankly that my asylum claim is no good. He Is very experienced. I have heard lot good about him from my community. My wife and I are very happy. Mr. Bhakhri's staff is very accommodating. They all very good human beings. I have seen them giving their client's personal touch. I recommend people to Mr. Bhakhri only if they have complicated immigration matters.

I came to the United States from Fiji in 2013. I met my Lawyer, Mr. Bhakhri, and told him about my difficulties and sought his assistance. He carefully review the facts and agreed to help me. Today, I received my decision from the United States Immigration and Citizenship Department. They approved my application for asylum. Thank you Mr. Bhakhri for your incredible assistance. I would like to state that Mr. Bhakhri is not a good lawyer, but a very decent human being. He was very through in his preparation. He is very hardworking. He knew about the issues in my case. I highly recommend Mr. Bhakhri to all. His staff is great and very helpful. Once again, I thank you Mr. Bhakhri and his associate attorney, Venu Bhakhri, for all the help.
