    I think the attorneys below really nailed the issue here. Basically, I would first off contact a local Fresno Criminal Defense attorney who also does Civil. That would be the best first decision.

    Your situation is very tricky because you successfully beat your case. If it was me, I would be totally up front with my new employer and just explain the situation so that they dont find out on their own. Scotty

    Usually its half time....where did you hear that he is getting 3rd time? As far as the court goes, usually its half time....now if the prison decides to give 1/3 time, thats on them but by law I dont believe he is entitled to 3rd time. Scotty
