I dealt with Timothy regarding a credit card summons and he was very helpful and informative. I was able to reach him via phone and/or email easily. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of help.
Mr. Springer promptly returned my initial call, one of 7 lawyers that I tried to contact by phone, in which he spent over a half an hour explaining my options. I made an appointment for the following week. I was taken in promptly at 1 pm, where Tim spent an entire hour explaining my options more thoroughly, making phone calls to his contacts, getting the facts right I could tell. In my case it was not necessary to hire Mr. Springer yet, consequentially no charge was incurred by me, but it was a lot of his time to give away, i'm certainly impressed. You just don't find that anymore. I will certainly call him again if i need to hire or just for advice.
Mr. Springer provided me with all the necessary information that allowed me to make the best decision for me and my family. He is a professional that is in the business to help and assist people in need. It truly feels wonderful to know that he is my advocate and has my best interest at hand.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Mr. Springer and his staff for his professionalism and attention while handling my case. Filing for bankruptcy is not an easy process (both emotional and practical), but their dedication and attention to ensuring everything was submitted, attending the meetings with creditors and court moguls with me, with their best disposition, made everything less frightening. Most of all, I felt supported all the way through and for that remain grateful to Mr. Springer and his staff. They always answered my questions and were flexible and candid while following up with creditors and next steps in my case. From my perspective the quality of your work and that of your staff must be recognized. They are a lifeline to many of us at the end of the rope! If I ever know of anyone needing bankruptcy services, I will send them their way!
