This lawyer charged me a retainer of over $3,000. Refused to return my calls, did not show up to court causing my case to be dismissed and didn't tell me until over a month later when I was prepared for the trial date (that he told me was mutually agreed between lawyers). Then kept every penny of my money. I filled out all of the paperwork, filed it, and filed for a fee waiver for future filings , so the only thing he had to do was show up. Very sad!!!!
