About Me

Overview

I am committed to helping my clients obtain justice and regain control over their lives in the wake of catastrophic injury. During my 16 years with the California Highway Patrol, I witnessed firsthand the devastation that occurs when commercial vehicles are involved in serious crashes. My experiences have taught me that there needs to be an advocate for the seriously injured -- and I am that advocate.

Practice Area

I stand firmly with my clients when taking on big trucking companies, governmental agencies and insurance companies. I am focused on providing the strongest and most secure representation for those involved in commercial truck collisions, wrongful death cases, and brain injury victims. My passionate and straightforward representation has resulted in verdicts and settlements in excess of $300M.

I wholeheartedly endorse this mediator. Mr. Parris is likely the most effective mediator I had the pleasure to work with on a case. His unyielding efforts and steadfast dedication to getting the parties to narrow the issues and reach common ground are unsurpassed. In addition to being well versed in the law, Mr. Parris is genuinely compassionate and exceptionally considerate. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues.
