I hired Ms. Phillips to represent me in a wrongful termination case. She does not pull any punches. She is very knowledgeable about the law in employment cases and she does not back down from other lawyers. One of the things that most impressed me was how professional she remained in a deposition where the other attorney was out of control. Ms. Phillips worked tirelessly for me and I highly recommend her.
I almost hired an older lawyer, but I'm glad I went with my gut because Ms. Phillips was an excellent choice. She does not drag a case out forever and she has continuously updated me on any pending matters. I am currently having her draft my estate plan as well.
You can tell when you meet her that Ms. Phillips is a leader. She is an advocate for her client and when we went to court, she was always prepared and had researched any issues at length. I highly recommend her.
