I would absolutely recommend Robert Olson to any dental professional involved with selling or acquiring a practice. One of the things I appreciated most greatly was his knowledge of the dental acquisition process. This was my first (and likely only) time acquiring a practice, but he has handled the legal side many times, so his advice and expertise were invaluable to me. I have worked with a general business attorney on an acquisition before (did not end up buying that practice), and my experience this time around was worlds different. I felt secure the entire time that nothing would be left out, everything from the acquisition to incorporation would be handled in a complete and correct manner. Also, the flat fee ended up being less than I would have paid another attorney charging by the hour. This I also know from experience.
