Mr. Olson did an exceptional job assisting me with the sale of my dental practice. I was impressed with his expertise and knowledge of the legal as well as business aspects of the dental practice transition. Robert delivered excellent results in a short period of time as I had strict time guidelines. Mr Olson helped me with the purchase of my second practice that I merged with my existing practice. The practice I purchased was next door to mine so he also helped me with my lease options by reviewing my lease and the seller’s lease. Throughout the entire process, I was confident about the legal representation that Mr. Olsen provided for me. His expertise and great communication always put my mind at ease especially when there were setbacks in the negotiations. I chose the flat fee package and I am glad that I did. I was able to place as many calls to Mr. Olsen for any questions without hesitation and without worry about my legal bill. He always answered my questions thoroughly and always helped me understand my options. The flat fee package also covered any follow up questions after closing the deal.
