Since 1992, I have focused on  corporate and business transactions for dentists and other medical professionals:  dental practice sales, corporations,  partnerships, association agreements, office leases, and the like.  Over the course of my career have represented literally many hundreds of dentists and medical professionals.

I started my estate planning career in 1986, completing estate planning for a "Forbes 400" member, the estate of a three-time Oscar® winner, and numerous couples and individuals with net worths of over $20 million. After a hiatus, I have returned to estate planning, focusing on estates of under $10 million.
