Since 1992, I have focused on  corporate and business transactions for dentists:  dental practice sales, office leases, corporations,  association agreements, and the like.  In 2008 alone, I personally represented one or more parties in fifty (50) dental practice sales and formed fifteen (15) new corporations.  Over the course of my career have represented literally hundreds of dentists.

I started my estate planning career in 1986, completing estate planning for a "Forbes 400" member, the estate of a three-time Oscar® winner, and numerous couples and individuals with net worths of over $20 million. After a hiatus, I have returned to estate planning, focusing on estates of under $10 million.
