    Description:
    Client was charged with DUI, and over the legal limit. He was also accused of refusing to take a test. We proved the Crime lab Blood results were wrong, and that he never refused. We had the charges dropped and had the Judge sign an order that declared he never refused the test, and that he was Not Guilty of DUI/.08 On February 27, 2009 I conducted the DMV APS hearing on this case, wherein the DMV sought to suspend Dr. D's privilage to drive for 1 year. I was able to get DMV hearing officer Doug Skinner to rule that there was NO REFUSAL, and set aside all departmental action. (File number X8148007)

    Client was charged with DUI as second offense, and driving on an alcohol suspended license. We proved his license was not suspended, and that his prior was not valid, and had the charges reduced to reckless driving.

    Client was driving home from a Business meeting at a local restaraunt when her cell phone rang. She was answering the call when she hit another car, and panicked and drove away. The police arrested her at her home. Her blood test was well over the legal limit. The DUI and Hit and Run offenses were dismissed and the client was found Not Guilty of the .08% charge. She pled no contest to reckless driving. Her license was returned to her.

Judge asked what we would settle for and we said Dismiss the DUI and the .08%, dismiss the allegation of a prior conviction and she will plead to two infractions. Done.
