  • I have a CA DMV hearing for a DUI, the dates the accident happened, and the date it says for my Blood test do not match?

I got into an accident on the 7th, was arrested for DUI. Received the police report, and the APS DMV form where it says I took a blood test show the 6th, not the 7th. Can this help in anyway? I am fighting the DUI though.

    Darryl’s Answer

If you are fighting your case then presumably you have an attorney. You should only discuss the details of your case with your attorney of record. Discussing your case with anyone else, including attorneys on an internet chat site can be used to prove you waived your attorney client privilages.

With that said, the mismatch of dates is certainly an important error which your attorney should be able to use to your advantage in defending you at the DMV in the APS hearing.

Immigration Law in the United States is very complicated. Your brother would be well advised to make contact with a reputable Immigration lawyer in the United States who can give case specific advise which is covered by the attorney client privilage.

Is it ok to print the name of the team as Keith Stones Miraculous Monkeys as well as a picture. We will not be selling them for profit if that matters at all.

    Darryl’s Answer

Get permission in writing first in order to avoid any possibility of being sued. That being said, it is somewhat unlikely you would be the subject of any legal action.

    Darryl’s Answer

You should NOT discuss your case with anyone but YOUR attorney, and certainly not on a public forum published on the internet. You could be giving up your attorney client privilages. If for some reason you are not happy with your court appointed lawyer, then you should go in person and interview with potential private attorney in your geographic area who handles criminal matters.
