Since you asked:

I have serious doubts of her moral stability. In fact it is my personal opinion that she lacks the moral standing to possess her license.

My beliefs are so strong that I would testify of my experiences in court if asked.

Apparently, she convened a mediation process for my case, yet, NEVER contacted me for a fair and unbiased conclusion. (I thought that was illegal.) She testified in court regarding something she had NOT witnessed and clearly ignored significant evidence that I had turned in to her department and proven to the courts beyond a reasonable doubt. The investigator/mediator under her was misleading throughout and went as far as to clearly lie to my wife. He ended up refusing to testify in court of the subject. (Some mediator.)

The opposing attorney told me that he knew her and she would see things his way regardless of the situation. It is obvious to me, through my experience with her, that justice is not of her concern, children are not of her concern (because my child was the resulting victim), and she has serious moral conflicts.

She should be no where near any case involving a child. But this is all just my personal opinion based on my perception of the experience I had with her and her department.

Who knows, maybe all attorneys are like this and that is what makes her a good attorney. I would not know, I was not an attorney, I was a therapist.

All I can say is that, in dealing with her, I would suspect that the results may be completely arbitrary and may have litttle to do with doing the right thing.

Thank you for asking, I hope other people have or will have a better experience.
