Mr. Feingold shared a nomination as the Consumer Attorneys of California 2011 trial lawyer of the year and the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association 2011 trial lawyer of the year for his role in obtaining the largest personal injury verdict in Ventura County history in the amount of $39M in January, 2011 on behalf of a catastrophically injured CHP officer.

Mr. Feingold is active in the community and with the Ventura County Bar Association. He is the current president of the Business Litigation Section, a member of the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Bar Association, is on the board of the Judicial Evaluations Committee, and is a member of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. Erik is a top-flight litigator with broad experience. His results speak for themselves (co-counsel on largest verdict in Ventura County history) but what results don't reveal is a genuinely nice guy who cares deeply for his clients. I highly recommend Erik and his fine firm.
