It is realistic that the court would order a reduced visitation schedule, but based on the above, there really is n't enough to complete stop visitation. The court will likely consider what daughter has to say, and based on that could limit visitation to an "as agreed upon" schedule. The court, however, won't be inclined to modify the schedule if your daughter's reasons for not visiting with her father are things like, "he has rules, he makes me do my homework, etc."
