About Me

Mr. Park embarked his legal profession at a mid-size law firm based in New York and New Jersey doing mostly real estate transactions; participating in over 100 real estate transaction closings of various types of commercial and residential properties; representing banks in property foreclosures; counseling clients on various leasing matters.

In 2004, he moved to California and became a member of the California Bar and started his own practice, counseling clients in various real estate and business transactions and litigation.  Mr. Park also started his own real estate company from which he managed, listed, and bought various commercial properties on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Park received his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University where he double majored in Political Science and Communications, graduating cum laude.  Thereafter, he earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.  During law school he interned at the Securities Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer, who was the former governor of the State of New York.  He also interned for an international securities firm, PaineWebber (now part of UBS) in its legal and compliance department.

Currently Mr. Park is a member of the California, New York, and New Jersey state bars.  He also has an active real estate broker’s license in California.

Mr. Park currently serves as an advisory board member (past-president) of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.  He also serves as a Vice Chairman of Legislative Affairs for the West Orange County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
