My Law Practice is almost exclusively Workers' Compensation Defense, and I now concentrate on Defending Employers without Insurance. I have been practicing Workers' Compensation since 1992, and have been a Certified Specialist in the field since 1998. I can accept Uninsured Employers/LC 132a Discrimination matters on either Hourly or Fixed Fee basis, depending on the Client's preference.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
George’s comment: “Co-Counsel wanted a 35% Fee from the WCAB for Employer Liability (First Party). I told her that only 15% would be awarded, but she did not believe me. I changed the 35% Fee to 15% (after notice) to get the document approved, which was ultimately awarded. The Civil Attorney received the entire awarded 15% fee, but made the State Bar Complaint. I was found to have altered the document without her permission, after WC witnesses confirmed a 35% fee was impossible, and I received no benefit.”
