I don't see how our recent case could have gone any better, or relieved me of so many details I do not enjoy. It was a wonderful experience having Mark's guidance and assistance. Mark was right on target with the decisions he left to me, and those he took by himself in our behalf, and he is clearly an enterprising person with a good ability to press his case without seeming aggressive.
