Does not return phone calls for MONTHS. I am serious. I called daily to get a response and his secretary even apologized repeatedly. If you are just a regular person getting a divorce you will have a very low priority. He also gives such vague advice that you live in a constant state of worry and fear. As your attorney, he has access to all of your asssets. He told me he would hold jewelry in lieu of another retainer, we had already gone through the first $5,000. Next thing I know he sent a promissory note for $15,000 after NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS! Then he placed liens on my property when I did not sign.
