Mr. Traut grew up in Fullerton, California, attending Cal State Fullerton and graduating from Western State University Law School in Fullerton in 1989. During his years of college and law school, he became a licensed private investigator and worked for numerous law firms in Orange County. As a lawyer, he has worked alongside his brother, James, who has earned many of the same accolades, including Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2002, during his 30+ years of practicing law.
Mr. Traut has been a speaker at countless seminars on litigation and trial skills, and published multiple articles on strategy and practice.
Most of Mr. Traut’s clients are referred to him by other attorneys who recognize the tenacity, knowledge and trial results that the firm brings to each and every client.
