People v. KC (Petty Theft)

William W. Bruzzo

Case Conclusion Date:January 3, 2012

Practice Area:Criminal Defense

Outcome:DNA and Dismissed

Description:I was charged with Penal Code Section 488 (Petty Theft); this crime carries a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail. I was alleged to have taken items worth about $174.00 from a store without paying. I hired Attorney William W. Bruzzo to represent me in this matter. My most important concern was keeping my record clean .After I hired Mr. Bruzzo he made the appearances in court without my being present. Prior to my hiring Mr. Bruzzo I learned that he is extremely familiar with the District Attorneys in Orange County and this permits him to get better results for his clients. After a few appearances in court Mr. Bruzzo made an agreement with the District Attorney whereby I agreed to give DNA and attend a class and the matter would be DISMISSED. I never entered a plea of guilty and I did not pay a fine. I am very happy with my result. I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Bruzzo for any criminal matter.
