    They most probably will sue. Get a consumer attorney to help you as they very well may violating your rights and you not be aware of it

    Have you spoken to the house guest that you had the agreement with? Are you saying that the guest stole the card and passed off as his own or he has reported the charges that you made as fraudulent. More facts are needed

    I agree with counsel. It should not effect your credit score but if there is a judgment against your wife, your bank account may be effected

    The most likely scenario is that Freddie Mac was the underwriter all along and countrywide was the servicer which later on got bought by Bank of America. However it is difficult to tell what really happened without seeing all the paperwork
