I got a felony charge for possession of heroin about six months ago and Ric was with me through it every step of the way. He gave me his number to contact him with any questions about my case throughout all of our visits to court. He made me feel as though he was truly on my team and there to help me as more than just his client. He got me a great deal with all my charges being dropped after some community service. He had my back in dealing with the court and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I recommend Ric to anyone who wants a trustworthy attorney that will hold your case to his highest priority. If you want someone to fight for you, this is the guy.

I would highly recommend Mr. Nicol to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Nicol has represented me in a DUI and Suspended License. He was able to quickly resolve my cases successfully.

He might be able to come and get you out of jail late at night , but after that I would check around for a second opinion. He failed to show up to my first court hearing and then took off to hawaii while a bench warrant was issued out on me. He was going to have me do community service ,pay full restitution etc. I quickly got rid of him and got a hard working attorney and got the charge of misdemeanor , dismmissed, no probation, no community service, charges dropped , no restitution, no conviction, It takes alot of hard work to do a good job!! Hope this helps some one save thousands of dollars and get someone that will fight hard for you!!

I retained Mr Nicol to help me on some serious drug related charges back in 2000. My first offer was something like 23 years but after some hard work on Mr. Nicols part he was able to reduce this to 180 days and a program. I am forever grateful for this mans knowledge not only in the judicial system but his experience with people.
