After over 30 years of jury trials in the civil arena, I began to practice exclusively in Family law in 1996, and am a certified Sprcialist (CFLS) in family law, certified by the California State Board of Legal Specialization.  I and my four other family lawyers handle all aspects of divorce, support, property division, parenting plans, pre-marital agreements, and all related family law matters.  Our firm returns phone calls and keeps in close contact with our clients so they know what is going on, and can (and do) participate closely in the process of their proceeding.  Our paralegals are superb, and while supervised by attorneys, charge much less per hour than do the attorneys.  We welcome the opportunity to assist persons going through what can be a very difficult, emotional, and trying process.  I am also licensed to practice law in the State of Utah, and handle many cases where the parties live in both California and Utah.
