About me

Raihana Niazi lives in South Orange County with her husband Will Killens, who is a realtor.

Raihana completed her pre-college education in Frankfurt/Germany and received her high school diploma from Sulzbach Gymnasium.

Raihana received her Bachelor’s of Art degree from California State University, Northridge where she was the proud recipient of the Judge Julian Beck Award and Scholarship as the outstanding graduating senior and a life-time member of the Golden Key Honor Society. Raihana also led, as a Co-Head Delegate, Cal State Northridge’s delegates to the Model United Nations’ Conference in New York.  She had also been a member of various San Fernando Valley United Nations Chapters in Pasadena and Northridge, where she served as a key member of the Board of Directors and facilitated many regional conferences such as in Long Beach and Buena Park, California.

After serving in several managerial and leadership positions at the former World Savings Bank, Raihana pursued her life- long dream to receive her Juris Doctorate in law.  She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Trinity International Graduate and Law School, where she had enjoyed being the recipient of several academic honors for receiving the highest grades among her peers.  She also served as one of the editors of the Trinity Law Review.

Upon passing the most difficult bar examination in the nation, i.e., California Bar, Raihana has been practicing bankruptcy law with several distinguished bankruptcy firms in South County. Her continued excellent work ethics, dedication, and service earned her the title of Lead Supervising Attorney of Chapter 13, and later Chapter 7 Departments of a top bankruptcy firm in Southern California.

She is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of California and the Federal District of California, in the Southern, Central, and Northern Divisions.  She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, American Bar Association, and Orange County Bar Association.

She then embarked on launching her own solo practice as RNK Law Group where she practices Bankruptcy, Immigration, and Family Law.

RNK Law Group’s motto is: Service, Integrity, and Excellence, providing our clients with utmost professional service, care, and sound representation.  The firm views each case as an opportunity to build a long-lasting relationship with its clients and colleagues in the legal industry.

Raihana is kind and compassionate, caring and knowledgeable - an unbeatable combination for a bankruptcy attorney. Of those whom I have sent to her for a consultation during a very difficult time in their lives, I have only received raving reviews about her "bedside manner" and helpfulness. I endorse Ms. Niazi with full confidence.
