Review Linda Cummings

About Me

I am an experienced and skilled solo practitioner, helping small and medium sized businesses and nonprofit corporations control their risk of legal liability.  I particularly enjoy helping entrepreneurs keep the profits they earn, usually for an affordable "flat" fee.  I have been in practice since 1987, and have extensive experience in business formation, contract negotiation and drafting, insurance coverage and legal risk management in a wide variety of commercial and real estate transaction contexts.
