US Immigration Legal Services is comprised of a a team of experienced lawyers and paralegals, specializing in the immigration law field. Our Practice is limited to Immigration and Naturalization services and Business Transnational Law to serve our clients.
Our attorneys and staff are multilingual and speak English, Spanish, French, Farsi, Arabic and Russian.
We specialize in employment and investment based immigration matters, including business E visas, green cards based on investment (EB5s) or employment, extraordinary ability based visas and green cards, as well as temporary work visas (H1Bs) to the US. Asylum law is a separate section of our immigration practice. In addition, our practice serves as a consultant to US employers for compliance with Immigration laws.
US Immigration Legal Services has offices in the cities of Laguna Niguel and Irvine, California, yet as immigration law is federal law in the US and the attorneys at US Immigration Legal Services are licensed to practice in all US federal courts, clients are represented from all US states as well as internationally.
