About me

For 25 years, Adam has been in private practice specializing in commercial and business litigation and represneting creditors in state, federal and bankruptcy cases. Adam was a partner with Galfin, Passon & Greely from 1994 ot 2014.  He has been of counsel with Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP since 2014. Adam has lectured at various seminars concerning creditor's rights, bankruptcy law, and collection of judgments.


 


Adam is married and resides in Orange County with his wife and two sons.  His hobbies include ice hockey, skiing and coaching.
