I endorse this lawyer. In addition to his superb legal skills, what sets Mitchell apart from his peers are a combination of finely-honed tactical skills combined with uncommon common sense. It is one thing to know the law; it takes a rarer skill to implement it effectively. Mitchell proactively shapes the case to maximize his clients' chances for success, and does so in a thoroughly professional manner.
I unreservedly endorse this attorney.
Marshall Pearlman

Mitch is a sharp-minded lawyer with good business sense and good common sense. He has many years of experience and a thorough knowledge of bankruptcy law. He handles Ch. 11 cases for businesses, as well as consumer Ch. 7 cases. Mitch also is an experienced real estate attorney, and a tough and effective litigator. He is direct in his approach, and doesn't paint unduly rosy pictures for clients. I don't hesitate to recommend him to folks with bankruptcy or real estate matters.

I endorse this lawyer. As a California licensed attorney and member of the Bar in good standing for 21 years I can unabashedly recommend and endorse Mitchell in my area of expertise which is entertainment law and in his areas which include litigation, real estate, bankruptcy and foreclosure.

My name is Cameron James Quinn, and have been practicing law for over 30 years in Orange and Riverside Counties, with emphasis on criminal defense. During that time, I've known Mitchell Reed Sussman--at Pepperdine Univ. School of Law, and as an associate in his offices in Newport Beach and Palm Springs. His practice involves primarily business matters, debtor/creditor issues and bankruptcy proceedings. He is honorable, hardworking, sincere, and dedicated. As a civil litigator, he is focused and indefatiguable. His approach is reasonable and practical.
Mitchell devotes time to his family--wife, Joni, and his children, and is active in his community.
I stand ready to respond to any inquiry. Cameron James Quinn

I endorse this lawyer's work highly. I first met Mr. Sussman in 1993, in a very volatile case where the parties (I represented a home buyer and he a real estate brokerage firm which will not be named) were highly conflicted. Frankly, some lawyers seek to raise conflict either to increase their fees or because they become too identified with their clients. Mitchell Sussman did not pander to either. Instead, he vigorously and ethically represented his clients' interests, and while my clients did not get what they wanted, they almost got what was fair. If any other real estate litigator had represented Mr. Sussman's clients, the facts were bad enough that they would have had serious problems. Cheers Mitchell, you are a lawyer's lawyer!
