Endorsement: Mitch Jackson has obtained amazing trial results over the past two decades. In one case, the insurance company for the other party had only offered one dollar to settle a tragic wrongful death case. With his clients' consent, Mitch took the case to trial and obtained a verdict in his clients' favor in the amount of $1,250,000. In another case, Mitch's client was wrongful charged with nine serious felonys. Despite multiple taped coerced confessions made by his client before the arrest (which the jury was allowed to listen to during the week long trial), Mitch's client was found not guilty on all charges. Mitch's clients all benefit because of the passion and effort he puts into every case he agrees to take.
