Life is shorter than one thinks so live every day as if it was your last. Great quote that is very true. I respect honest and caring people. Someone who would put someone in need before themselves or material wants. I have always believed we have a responsibility to care for those would need us. Unfortunately, their are a number of people who are not what they appear to be in these fields. So be very careful when choosing an attorney.
I am currently taking a personal sabbatical in order to devote myself more fully to my family. If I could give a few words of advice when looking for and attorney, especially for a special education matter, do not believe the marketing. Simply look the attorney's litigation record. Do they win or loose do they start pushing you to settle your case without even reviewing it to determine whether a filing would be in order first.
After retiring as a fighter. Becoming an civil. disability , special education litigation attorney, I have spent a decade of my time helping people who need a hand. Representing children and families with children with disabilities against governmental agencies and individuals to ensure their rights are protected and they receive an appropriate education or services and afforded equal access without governmental harassment. Moreover, after a few year of solo practice s, I founded a law firm (that became the largest firm of its type in the country)dedicated to protecting individuals and groups civil rights among other related fields and correlated issues such as family, juvenile, probate court actions.
Had the pleasure of training professionals, parents, attorneys and even judges on how to address these issues in their courts and how to write effective orders. This is in addition to publishing many professional manuals, and books for all to use including Judicial Bench Guides for Judges in, Juvenile and Family Courts.
It has been my honor to have represented and litigated on behalf of over a thousand kids and their families all the way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been blessed to have helped the community by receiving both local and national media attention for both myself and several cases over the years. By far the best outcome for me is seeing the little ones grown up and become independent functioning members of society.

I happily endorse Paul as an excellent litigator, zealous advocate for the disabled, and a good teacher of the law. I started my career in law working for Paul, and continue to grow professionally improving skills I learned from Paul. I do so without reservation or condition and do recommend Paul to all. Paul gets results for clients, which is a better endorsement than any words I could write. He does good work for great kids. Thank you, Paul.
