Outcome: Client received no jail and is now participating in a 10 week anti-theft program, where attendance is once a week.
Outcome: Possession for sales charge dismissed, client received prop 36. After successful completion of program, all charges will be dismissed and client's record will be clean.
Outcome: Negotiated for residential program with work furlough, so client would not lose his job. Client got credit for time served of 31 days in custody and was able to avoid the D.A.'s original offer of 3 years state prison.
