My wife and I went to several lawyers to file Chapter 7. The first couple told us we could only file Chapter 13. Then my son recommended Mr. Taylor. He was the first and only lawyer to tell us we could file Chapter 7. He spent way more time with us than the other lawyers, charged us far less and our case sailed through with the least little problem. We are very thankful and appreciative.
We hired Mr.Taylor more last year to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Filing for Bk was a very difficult decision to make and Mr. Taylor helped us see how it would release us from the incredible amount of financial stress we were under. Mr. Taylor has a unique approach to working with clients. He dealt directly with our case, advising and helping us gather the needed documentation. The filing of the petition took place in one session while we were in his office. There are no other staff involved and because of this he knew exactly all the details of our case at all times. He treated us in a professional yet sympathetic manner and without judgement. He is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy professional and I would gladly recommend his service to anyone in this sensitive situation.
I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and class Robert Taylor showed us. This guy has compassion and brains and is the most helpful lawyer I have ever used. I totally trust his judgement and he knows whats up. What an absolute pleasure it was for me to find Mr. Taylor. I can honestly and whole heartidly recommend this guy. He is amazing! I will always be grateful for his knowledge and his kindness.
Mr. Taylor is great. I spoke to several attorneys before hiring Mr. Taylor and none made me feel as comfortable. In fact, a few were just down right rude. I know I can ramble, but Mr. Taylor listened to everything I had to say and seemed honestly concerned. I must have called half a dozen times and Robert was always willing to talk to me. This was a scary process and I really appreciated Mr. Taylor's "hand holding." When we were in court we went over everything before my hearing and then he sat with me the whole time. It seemed like most of the other attorneys ignored their clients until their cases were called. What really impressed me sitting there in court was the fact that almost every case before mine seemed to have some sort of problem. Papers were missing, mistakes were made, people didn't have ID or tax returns or their lawyer didn't even show up! Mine was the first case that sailed through in about 60 seconds, even the trustee remarked that it was about time someone finally had done everything right. If you want a great lawyer, someone that's honest, compassionate and willing to go that extra mile to make everything go as smooth as possible, I do not believe there's any better lawyer, period.
