Mark A. Kellman

Mark Kellman has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1984 and has extensive experience in providing business legal advice.  He began his California legal career with one of the largest law firms in the United States and ultimately became a partner heading up its Real Estate division.  In the private practice of law, he handled hundreds of business negotiations and transactions, including structuring and drafting agreements for  simple and complex business arrangements.

After his tenure in the private practice of law, he went into the corporate field where he served as General Counsel and a member of Senior Management to companies involved in the financial services  and marketing businesses.  Upon leaving that line of work, he became a sole practitioner and remains involved today in representing a wide variety of clients in advising on business transactions of all sorts, including transactional business, real estate and finance matters.  He also helps clients using his expertise in reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of business and personal agreements. 

He is a Graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and has a diverse background and many years of experience behind him to allow him to focus on not just “what the law says, “ but what it takes to bring two parties to a “win-win” resolution of their negotiations and disputes.
