Samuel Joseph Mamola

Samuel Mamola is the founding attorney of THE MAMOLA LAW FIRM, APC, where he practices exclusively in the areas of business/civil litigation and advanced estate planning. Mr. Mamola handles claims involving business litigation, minority shareholder rights, financial elder abuse, trust litigation and advanced estate planning.

Before founding THE MAMOLA LAW FIRM, he was a successful entrepreneur in the restaurant and real estate industries.  Mr. Mamola was previously the President and CEO of Sunset Beach Brewing Company, Inc., and also holds a California Real Estate Broker license.

Samuel Mamola was born and raised in Southern California. After leaving Sunset Beach Brewing, Mr. Mamola attended Pepperdine University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

After graduating from Pepperdine, Mr. Mamola attended Chapman University School of Law, where he was the recipient of an academic scholarship. At Chapman Law, he was elected President of the Student Bar Association, and was selected to serve on the Honor Council, holding the Office of Law School Advocate.   Mr. Mamola was also a Charter Member of Phi Delta Phi, and served as the organization’s Inaugural Historian.

During law school, he completed an externship with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, working as a State Bar of California Certified Law Clerk, primarily in the areas of environmental crimes and consumer fraud.
