As an USAF JAG reserve officer I can tell you a few things. First the Air Force is going to be decreased to the smallest size in it’s history. The Air Force is making tremendous cuts in the force and is by far the most selective of all the military branches. Even if this is an infraction you should get it expunged via a 1203.4a, yes you can expunge infractions. Also be careful about what questions you are asked. If you are asked about more than just misdemeanors and felonies be honest on the...

It is not uncommon at all for cases in Orange County not to be filed by the date the officer gives you. Do not get the false impression that the DA will not file charges if they do not file by November 19th. If you did not contact the DMV within 10 days of the arrest the DMV most likely has taken action on your license. You should hire an attorney as this case will most likely get filed. Robert Driessen

Well you are looking at a new law violation as well as a possible probation violation. You will need to look at what the terms of your probation were. If one of the conditions was to consume no alcohol this will create more issues. Almost always a term is not to violate any laws. What you need to do is contact an attorney. Most of the time if that attorney can get the new law violation dismissed you can be revoked and reinstated on the probation. Robert Driessen

If you can afford an attorney it may help. However it looks like you do not have a defense to the lawsuit and do owe the money. You can try to enter into a stipulated judgment with them at terms that are more reasonable for you to pay off the debt. Either way you need to decide if you are going to contest this and file an answer in court. Robert Driessen x

This happens all the time and there is no need to write up an infraction when you are being charged with a misdemeanor. It is just like the police pull you over for this and find dead bodies in the car; no one really cares about the infraction at that point other than it was a lawful stop. If the light was working and the police officer pulled you over and created a false reason for the stop that could be very helpful. At this point she needs a very good attorney and also needs to contact the...

Do not approach a police officer that is posing as a prostitute. This is a bad idea. If you want to meet her maybe and I say maybe you could go to the station. Even then I do not think it is worth it. Robert Driessen
