    It will help but it will not guarantee a dismissal. If he is found guilty or pleads guilty he will lose his license for a year. He needs to fight this and it would be best to hire an attorney.

    It will not automatically prevent it. However she will have to be honest and explain it in her application. Clears this will make things harder but there are many people with problems in their past that have been able to be productive members of society as doctors, lawyers, and teachers.

    If CA is aware of the issue in NY you will not be able to get a license in CA.

    Most transfers are voluntary but they can send them involuntarily as well. He will either go to he'll go to Red Rock, La Palma or Florence if he is going to Arizona.

    Contrary to popular believe you can expunge an infraction under 1203.4(a), talk to a local attorney.
