About Me

Linda Luna  focuses her practice  in  employment law, in  protecting employee’s rights. Linda’s legal background includes experience in civil litigation.  She has worked as an Associate Attorney for a respected litigation law firm in Orange County and she served as Corporate Counsel for the Legal and Corporate Affairs department of a major international airline.  She is skilled in handling all aspects of case preparation and has successfully negotiated settlements for her clients before they come to trial and also obtained successful results for her clients by litigating their cases in court.  Ms. Luna is comfortable resolving her client’s cases by trial or settlement negotiations.  Linda has also handled complex contract writing and negotiation and counseled executives and groups on legal matters ranging from business development to employment issues. Linda believes that understanding her client's goals is crucial to her ability to successfully represent them.  As a result, she works diligently to make sure she can truthfully integrate the requirements of law with the needs of her client to help them prevail.
Linda obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton. While there Linda distinguished herself by being on the Dean’s List and a member of two Honors Societies.  Also, she served as a delegate for the school at the New York City National Model United Nations Conference.  Her team won the Most Distinguished Delegation Award for their efforts.  Linda also served as Executive Vice President for the Associated Students organization. 
Linda received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University, School of Law.  She served on the editorial board of Nexus Law Journal.  While there she was the Vice President of the International Law Student Association, a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Society and was a recipient of the Provst Law Academic Scholarship.
