From the momement my wife and I met with Kirby the first thing that hit us is that he cares, he truly cares. We were blessed over the more than 2 years this took to have Kirby and Kim on our side, they performed a miracle for our son and I have never seen a better team who truly cares about what happens to their clients than Kirby and Kim. I have had to deal with too many attorneys in my life and i am not proud to say that however; Kirby Combs is the best in the business, a man with a heart who cares what happens to his clients, trust me , I know. thank you Kirby and Kim, both of us will never forget you two.

Mr. and Mrs. Combs are two amazing, caring and generous people. I was very worried about my situation and could not eat or sleep without thinking about the consequences of my actions. The first time I met with Kirby he was very consoling and understanding and made every attempt to make me feel better. He kept reminding me that "you are your own worst enemy," meaning that it already happened, stop worrying about it, he will do the best he can to get the best possible outcome. I was very worried about how a misdeamenor would affect my future goals, but they were very reassuring that this is a minor bump that will only make me work harder towards my future goals. Mrs. Combs kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, keeping me updated with all court dates and what every court appearance meant. I like how they did not promise anything but assured me that they would work hard and do whatever possible to get the situation handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I am so thankful to them, truely living angels on earth!

I met Kirby and immediately felt comfortable. He was fair in his pricing and was honest about timelines and what he felt was best for me and my children. I dealt a great deal with his assistant, through many emails and phone calls and found her to be a great source of information, knowledgeable advice, and friendly counsel. I cannot express how good i felt about the process with Kirby and his law firm. We handled a divorce that got a little ugly with firmness, but with integrity and fairness. They made a difficult process easier and kept me informed at all times so I knew what was being done on behalf of myself and my children.

I first asked Kirby to help guide me through the process in July 2009. He and Kim were always available for questions. They were both extremely knowledgeable with regards to family law. I would most definitely recommend Kirby.

We hired Mr. Combs for a domestic dispute case and he was wonderful. Did everything he said he would. Got the charges dropped to misdemeanors as they should have been to begin with. Kept us informed of what was going on throughout the case. Both Kirby and Kim have been exceptionally helpful above and beyond. Here we are years later with some issues pertaining to the case and Kim took the time while at a function with family to answer my questions and gave me very sound advice that paid off when I had to go back to court. Great attorney and great people! If we ever have need for an attorney again we will definitely seek Kirby Combs again and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a defense attorney. I'm very happy with my experience! Everything was taken care of and done quickly. He was able to get some of my charges dropped and the one that couldn't be dropped was reduced.

Kirby is an excellent lawyer and person! I originally had a felony, that was brought to two misdemeanors and I ended up with only one petty theft charge! He's very knowledgeable and very caring! I would recommend him for any criminal case!

Mr. Combs and Kim both did a great job getting me through my DUI. I was very depressed and frightened, as this was my fist DUI and yet Mr. Combs helped be feel comfortable throughout the whole ordeal. Kim helped me a lot throughout the case, in taking the time to guide me through the process to obtain my restricted license in a timely manner. The initial case started as a Felony DUI with injury and ended with a misdemeanor DUI without injury, all in all i was very pleased.

I called the Law Offices of Kirby Combs for a free consultation regarding criminal defense. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were very knowledgeable. During my consultation, I spoke with Kim who was so honest that she didn't take my money and retain me when she easily could have. She looked up my case and found that the charges were not filed and she was honest enough to tell me rather than retain me and take my money, knowing that I did not have a case. It is difficult to find people that are so honest nowadays---especially lawyers.

My husband and I would not only recommend Kirby Combs but we would joyfully be his cheering section. We hired him from a website which noted "when you need someone on your side". Our son was beginning the divorce process which has gone on for almost five years. We first saw Kirby at the courthouse while going through a child custody hearing represented by another attorney. Seeing the way Kirby interacted with his client in court that day was phenomenal; as we were definitely not receiving that same level of service from our first attorney. The smartest thing I ever did was use this website to find an attorney for my bitter divorce because I found Mr. Combs. The level of genuine compassion and concern for my situation by both Mr. Combs and Kim was matched by the level of effort and dedication they put into my case. I had such a high level of trust in Mr. Combs that I also hired him to represent me as I faced DUI charges. He got the DUI charges dismissed and my violation reduced. He negotiated five days jail time down to one day with time already served, a steep $800+ in fines down to $145, and a four-month alcohol education class down to a 12 hour class. Kim was a lifeline to me during the process, always keeping in constant contact and explaining everything thoroughly. The two of them are a great “therapy team” as well. I had a DUI charge that was amazingly reduced to a basic speeding ticket instead. Kirby is a very fun and down to earth attorney. He was my first attorney and when we met he connected with me more like a friend than "just another client". The big concern for me was my finances and Kirby worked around them giving me a payment plan. His assistant Kim was very understanding and helped me in any given way. The two make an excellent team!

He helped me get my probation reinstated with great results. I had violated my probation over a year ago and had a bench warrant out for my arrest. After his representation, all I had to do is finish some classes and pay the remaining balance of my fines. He even negotiated the 2 days of work release I didn’t do to be taken off entirely!

As a female with the significantly higher income and an estranged husband who did not want the divorce and was unwiling to sign this could have been a huge nightmare. I had a very unusual and complicated case, I was told by many other lawyers that I would not come close to the results that I wanted. Some lawyers wouldn't even interview with me because of the complexity of my case. Whenever I had a question big or small I always got answer the same day. Kirby and Kim never tried to give me false hope and were always honest about what the outcome could be. Fortunately for me the judgement swayed in my favor and I know that I would never have gotten the judgement that I received had I not worked with him.
